About Us | People | Paul Gayter

Brainwave President and Chief Creative Officer

So proof of our ability to compete with the best advertising agencies in the country starts here, with Paul Gayter, our creative guru and generator of non–stop brainwaves for every aspect of a client’s business. (Any one who’s ever sat in a meeting with Paul will confirm that when Paul starts generating, when the light bulb comes on, it’s pretty darn hard to switch off.)

Over the years, Paul has worked for some of the world’s top advertising agencies – notably Leo Burnett, Ogilvy and Mather, Saatchi and Saatchi, Arnold Communications and Collett Dickenson Pearce. As you’d expect from a guy working at agencies of such caliber, Paul has been responsible for the advertising accounts of some of the world’s most famous brands-including Cadburys, McDonalds. Mini Cooper, Mobil, Perrier, Reebok, SAP Business Software, Seven Up, and Wrangler to name but a few.

But does he have a proven track record of getting that little thing called “results” that all clients crave? We’re pleased to report that, yes, he does. Paul’s work has helped Hasbro and SAP establish themselves as the leading brands in their fields and also enabled Reebok and Wrangler to become the number two world brands in their sectors.

In the process, Paul has been recognized by his peers and has won virtually every single communications award there is to win – from the Clio, Addy and the One Show awards in America, to Britain’s D&AD, Campaign Press, Campaign Poster and Creative Circle awards.

Paul has nothing in common with Prince Charles-apart from the fact that he’s British, has big ears and is 30 millionth in line to the throne.
