Business Objective: Inova Fairfax Hospital for Children (IFHC) is a non-profit organization that relies on philanthropy in part to help care for its young patients. IFCH needed to raise its profile in the local community to inspire donations and therefore ensure that the hospital could continue to provide exceptional health care for young children.
Brand Strategy: Brainwave positioned IFHC as a special place — one that delivers miraculous results on behalf of the children it serves.
Brand Campaign: A campaign theme of “Miracles Performed Daily” was developed to showcase IFHC’s doctors, nurses, expertise and services and the miracles that they literally perform daily.
Media: Video, direct mail and posters.
Result: The campaign led to a dramatic increase in donations to the IFHC and enabled it comfortably exceed its fundraising target for the year — thus making the campaign another 100% success story for Brainwave.
